Let's try this topic to be little bit informative. Share your tools you use every day to save the world. eg.. Tools for cloning, deploying, managing, scanning, maintain, etc..etc..etc.. So people can probably use some of this info on their every day tasks.
In my type of work I re image a lots of PC's so my favorite tool for deploying is Ghost, but to create the images the way I want, I use ninite.com to save a lot of time on all those individual installations like browsers or plugins. Of course my other favorite tool is Spiceworks, which I check every morning :)
